This privacy policy describes how Codebaysfr SAS ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and users of codebaysfr.com, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

We collect the following data through the information request form: first name, last name, email address, as well as technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for statistical purposes.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed in order to: (a) respond to your request for information about the real estate program; (b) send you, with your consent, communications relating to the program; (c) improve the website and our services; (d) comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b).
5. Retention period
Form data is retained for three (3) years from the last active contact, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable law.
6. Recipients
Data is intended for the internal teams of Codebaysfr SAS and, where appropriate, for technical subcontractors (hosting, email) located within the European Union and subject to confidentiality obligations.
7. Your rights
